The Class for Beginners with Aimee
Join us for a 60-minute practice with Aimee meant to introduce you to The Class method. This Class for Beginners will offer foundational movements in strength and cardio, while weaving in breath and the use of sound. We recommend wearing sneakers for your first Class.
