Join us for a special practice marking 15 years of The Class (and Taryn's birthday!)
For Taryn music is a balm for the human condition. Her influences are vast, drawn from the wellspring of love, grief, courage, bravery, compassion, and the resounding laughter that echoes through. These elements converge to create a somatic symphony in the body that, when accessed through music, movement, and vocal release, support the freeing up of energies that leave us feeling stuck.
In Taryn's Classes, authenticity is the currency, vulnerability is the strength. Her teaching transcends the physical, delving into the soul's depths. The essence of her Classes is a grounded exploration of self, guided by compassion and elevated by the transformative power of music.
