The Class for Repair offers a holistic approach to rejuvenation, leaving you feeling clear, grounded, and aligned with self.

Join us for a 60-minute practice with Aimee meant to introduce you to The Class method. This Class for Beginners will offer foundational movements in strength and cardio, while weaving in breath and the use of sound. We recommend wearing sneakers for your first Class. No prior experience is necessary, all are welcome.
