10 Days with The Band

Created by The Class Team 7 classes
Get your band together to practice The Class Sculpt with Bands, using our signature light and heavy resistance bands. Over the course of 10-days, we’ll strengthen and tone the body. Shorter Classes will target specific muscle groups paired with active recovery. Longer Classes will work, strengthen, and flush the entire body to sculpt from the inside out.
