Karla Misjan

As a former ballet dancer, recovering perfectionist, and mom, Karla aims to deliver a Class that underscores and celebrates acceptance. From the angles of challenging movement to moments that are sweet and spacious, the information gleaned from practice is all usable in creating more capacity for understanding and compassion. After practice, Karla hopes students can re-enter their day filled with more ease, openness, and grace.
