Flow for Presence with Karla
While presence is always an intention in the yoga practice, sometimes we find ourselves get caught up in moving too fast or doing things the same old way. This 60-minute flow aims to offer a fresh take on backbending through creative sequencing and use of props, providing a space for a more purposeful practice. Have two blocks and a strap on hand.
